The terms and conditions for using the Push My App platform.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Push My App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Push My App. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Push My App is an AI-powered platform for managing and submitting mobile app store listings. The service includes:
Features may be added, modified, or removed over time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your workflow.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or pose a security risk.
Authentication is managed through Clerk. You may sign in using email or supported third-party providers. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication for additional security.
You agree to use Push My App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of your app store listings.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Our Property. Push My App and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are owned by Push My App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes our platform code, design, AI models, and branding.
Your Content. You retain full ownership of the app listing content you create and upload to Push My App, including metadata, screenshots, and other assets.
AI-Generated Content. Suggestions and metadata generated by our AI tools become your property once you accept and use them. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before submitting it to any app store.
Trademarks.“Push My App” and our logo are trademarks. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
By uploading content to Push My App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose unrelated to delivering the service.
To submit listings, you provide your own Apple App Store Connect and/or Google Play Console API credentials. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Push My App to act on your behalf to submit and manage app store listings within the scope of the permissions you grant.
Your Responsibility. You are responsible for the scope and permissions of the credentials you provide. We recommend using credentials with the minimum permissions necessary for submission. You are also responsible for rotating or revoking credentials if you suspect they have been compromised.
Our Role. Push My App acts as your authorized agent, not as the owner or administrator of your app store accounts. We are not responsible for actions taken by Apple or Google on your accounts, including app review decisions, policy enforcement, or account suspensions.
API credentials are encrypted at rest and are never logged or accessible to our team in plaintext.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the applicable fees.
Free Trial. If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial expires to avoid being billed.
Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge to request a refund.
Price Changes.We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Push My App is provided on a best-effort basis without a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) for non-enterprise plans.
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Where possible, we will provide advance notice through the service or email.
We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party service outages, natural disasters, or government actions (force majeure).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service with 30 days' notice for material changes.
By You. You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account is downgraded.
By Us. We may suspend or terminate your account with notice if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or fail to pay applicable fees. In cases of severe violations (fraud, abuse, legal violations), we may terminate immediately without notice.
Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your access to the platform is revoked. Your data is retained for 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it is permanently deleted. Export your data before closing your account if you need to retain it.
Push My App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the total fees you paid to Push My App in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Push My App, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us at support@pushmyapp.ai. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days.
Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under commercially reasonable rules, rather than in court. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Exceptions. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights. Claims eligible for small claims court may be brought there instead of arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through a prominent notice within the service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of Push My App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should discontinue use of the service.
